Shipping policy

Your order begins to process from the moment we receive your payment.
Orders are delivered through SEUR on working days. If you do it on holidays or on the weekend, we will begin to process it on the next working day.
You can follow the state of your shipment by entering the follow -up number on the Seur website.

We advise you to tell us a delivery address in which you are in working hours, since deliveries are made at this time.

Spain (Peninsula): 2 to 5 working days.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 to 10 working days.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 14.95

Free shipments
Orders from € 50 will be free in the Iberian Peninsula.
Deliveries in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be free from € 120.
