Payments

You can pay for your purchases with a credit debit card or through PayPal. Purchasing on Xantik.net is completely safe. Your card or PayPal data is managed directly by the bank or by the PayPal platform itself.

Shipping

Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is received. Orders are delivered by SEUR on working days. If orders are placed on holidays or on weekends, we will start processing it the next working day. You can follow the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the SEUR website.

We advise you to select a delivery address in which you will be during working hours, as deliveries will be made during these hours.

Delivery times
Delivery times are approximated Spain (Peninsula): 24h/48h  Balearics Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5/10 working days.

Delivery costs
Spain (Peninsula): 3,95 € Balearics Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 14,95 €

Free shipping
Orders from 50 € will be free in the Iberian Peninsula.  Deliveries in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be free from 120 €.

In-store pick up
In-store pick up is a free service.  You can pick up your order at any of our two stores:  Xantik Barcelona: C / Banys nous, 18. 08002 Barcelona.  Xantik Badalona: C / Canonge Baranera, 67. 08911 Badalona.

Additional taxes and fees

Orders placed in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to additional fees and customs taxes.  Xantik is not responsible for any additional costs that may be generated from purchases made on Xantik.net.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund of the amount.
The article must be returned in its original condition together with the order form.
The refund will be made in a maximum of 30 days after receiving the return notification and will be made to the same payment method that was used to place the order, either credit/debit card or payment through PayPal.
The shipping costs of the returns are charged to the customer. Xantik will only be accountable in the following cases:
– The item is damaged at the time of receipt.
– The shipment does not match the reference, size or colour requested when placing the order.
